If you give us a Chicken Ball we are going to need a delicious sauce, or two, to go with them
Ohhhhhh chicken balls! Seriously, they are one of our all time favourites. So crispy, fluffy and addictively delicious. If you haven't tried our Simply Thriving Chicken Balls yet, you need to! Here are a few of the sauce recipes we have developed over the years to go alongside of our Chicken Balls. You can use your preferred sweetener of choice in any of the recipes, cornstarch in place of the tapioca starch and gf soy sauce in place of the coconut aminos.
Lemon Sauce

¼ cup coconut aminos (or gf soy sauce)
¼ tsp ginger

2/3 cup water
2 tbsp tapioca starch (or cornstarch if you prefer)
Slowly pour into the low boil mixture and whisk continuously as you pour in. Whisk as it is thickening. Once it has thickened into a sauce consistency remove from heat and serve.
